Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office systems. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, report assembly, filing, and communication with various departments. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for data entry and office administration, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter daily work orders into systems with accuracy and efficiency

  • Assemble reports and reconcile discrepancies
  • Perform filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties as assigned
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment

  • 1 year of office clerk experience
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in recycling or a related field (not required but a plus)
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
