Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives as needed
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that all interactions are documented and resolved
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve customer complaints
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Work Environment

As a work-from-home CSR, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. arenaflex provides a comprehensive training program, as well as ongoing support and resources to ensure your success in this role.
