Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the adoption of Space Driven Plan (DDD) standards throughout the software development lifecycle, including domain analysis, modeling, and implementation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and define bounded contexts, develop a shared language, and establish DDD patterns to ensure alignment between software solutions and business domains.
- Driving the creation of domain models that accurately represent complex business domains and facilitate communication among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Influencing DDD best practices to design and develop adaptable, efficient, and extensible software systems that meet the evolving needs of our business.
- Facilitating discussions around new and emerging capabilities and assisting in determining the most effective way to modernize technologies to enable business solutions.
- Combining current state processes, working models, and approaches to define new, carefully crafted clarity on requirements.
- Working across a diverse partner group, driving consensus, and establishing a shared understanding of detailed requirements related to technical delivery.
- Meeting with business groups as needed and performing an initial assessment of a high-risk situation or articulating the capabilities required to support the business.
- Gathering data about the business cycle through various methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.).
- Providing key support to clients in defining or designing business cycles and assisting in identifying advancements based on client needs.
- Coordinating multi-system solutions to explain interdependencies so that systems appear consistent to the client.

What You Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience with Space Driven Plan or similar.
- 3+ years of IT and Business experience.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Proven skills in process design, technical design, and demonstrated critical thinking.
