Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation
- Providing information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
- Performing transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts
- Advising members of other products and services that may fit their needs and providing opportunities for positive member interaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide expert-level support
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and other stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in multiple systems and software applications, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
