Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Entry Level Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Project Placement & Student Services department, you'll be responsible for a variety of basic personnel clerical duties, including data entry, calendar management, and communication with stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop your skills, and work in a dynamic, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to the household, demonstrating your ability to adapt and learn.
  • Expense Management: Pay expenses and manage company activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, responding to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion when handling confidential information, ensuring the security and integrity of our data.
  • Organization: Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
