Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in conversations to determine if they meet the criteria for potential compensation
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 calls per day, and identifying 1-5 potential qualified callers
  • Multitasking and utilizing various software tools, including VICI, Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and scripts to provide accurate and efficient service
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including adhering to data security and confidentiality protocols
  • Assisting with other projects as needed and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Troubleshooting basic IT problems and utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with callers and team members
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with callers
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • A competitive and motivated mindset, with a focus on achieving or exceeding monthly KPIs
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (average price is $20-$30)
  • A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment with a focus on sales and customer service

  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and data management systems
  • Experience with VICI and other software tools used in call centers
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and customer service targets
  • A strong understanding of industry developments and trends in customer service and sales

Training and Onboarding:

As a new team member, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • A 90-day training period, with a focus on learning the software tools, scripts, and procedures used in the call center
  • Ongoing training and learning opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Regular feedback and coaching from experienced team members and supervisors

Hours of Operation:

Our call center operates on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
