Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Reliable internet connection and computer with internet access
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support

  • Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, or sales and sales support
  • Familiarity with online platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Google Meet)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
