Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our customer support and administrative operations team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, managing customer interactions, and performing a range of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. This includes answering general inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information on our services and products.
  • Data Entry: Managing customer data, including updating and maintaining customer profiles, call logs, and other relevant information.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to our team, including profile creation and updating, filing, and document creation.
  • Ticket Management: Producing and improving customer support concern tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Mail Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support process and handling exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research.
  • Front Desk Management: Managing the provider's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and consumers. Directing and seating all visitors to their designated offices and meeting rooms and alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment.
  • General Office Duties: Performing general office duties, including but not limited to filing, records entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Work From Home: Ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace.
  • MS Office Suite: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to follow instructions and adhere to established guidelines to perform critical task functionalities.
  • Illustrated Problem-Solving Potentials: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Multitasking and Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Minimal Direction: Ability to work with minimal direction and resolve internal issues effectively.
