Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, assisting guests with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience before and during their stay with us. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries via live chat: You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, and your responses will set the tone for their entire experience. You'll need to be prompt, professional, and empathetic in your responses.
  • Assisting guests with reservation modifications and cancellations: You'll work closely with our reservations team to ensure that guests' requests are handled efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
