Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our Help Desk operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive timely updates and exceptional customer service
  • Emailing responses to customers to keep them informed about the status of their requests
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and requests
  • Collaborating with our Help Desk team to resolve customer issues and provide timely support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work on a computer for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong self-motivation and discipline

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer service software
  • Knowledge of I.T. Help Desk principles and practices
  • Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools
  • Certification in customer service or I.T. support
