Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced full stack sales representative to join our team of Chat Assassins at arenaflex. As a Chat Assassin, you will be responsible for promoting coaching programs to clients through social media chats, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote coaching programs to clients through social media chats
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close deals
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Chat Assassin at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
  • Interest in the sales field and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or a related field
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in sales
  • Experience working with coaching programs or similar products
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

Compensation Expectations

We believe in transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. Our compensation expectations are as follows:

  • Entry Level: $600-$1,200/month
  • Experienced Level: $1,200-$3,000/month
  • Expert/Leadership Level: $3,000+/month
