Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
What You'll Need to Succeed
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a growth mindset
What Will Give You an Edge
* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or other programming languages
- Experience with airline operations, booking, and scheduling
- History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
