Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Healthcare Data Management

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and correcting eligibility records to ensure that our drugstore adjudication system accurately reflects our members' enrollment packages. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide green resolutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Resolve issues and discrepancies in eligibility records
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and provide green resolutions
• Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's healthcare data management systems and processes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in healthcare data management or a related field

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst (CDA))

Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Compensation and Perks:

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to our employees. Our salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
