Key Responsibilities
As the face of arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a memorable travel experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with Customers: Engage with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting meaningful connections and building loyalty and retention.
- Anticipating Customer Needs: Step up and meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
- Safety and Security: Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
- SIDA Badge: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Appearance: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
