Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from store partners, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating and managing tickets for help and follow-up purposes
  • Conducting basic research to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Adapting to changing work priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Building trust and strong relationships with internal and external partners

Key Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a quick-moving climate, handling multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a remote work environment or willingness to work from home

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
