Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a fully remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
