Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure and data analytics solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and develop business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of project plans, progress, and outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
