Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Night Shift Data Entry Operator to join our data team at arenaflex. As a Night Shift Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for collecting and entering data into our company databases and computer systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our information. You will work closely with our Data Manager and data team to maintain up-to-date and useable information in our systems.
Key Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
- Keeping information confidential
- Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
- Complying with data integrity and security policies
- Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Qualifications
To be successful as a Night Shift Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
