Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Multitask between applications with ease, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a similar industry

  • Moderate technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the higher education industry

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software
  • Strong knowledge of customer support principles and best practices
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
