Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
  • Clarifying orders as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to general inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and order details
  • Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge
  • Great telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
