Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate with arenaflex, your daily tasks will include:

- Collaborating with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience, from pickup to delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively, empathize with customers, and resolve problems effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
