Responsibilities

As a remote Benefits Representative/Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the seamless administration of benefits. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding benefit-related questions and concerns
  • Assisting customers in understanding and navigating their benefit plans, including explaining available benefits and coverage options
