Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their unique circumstances.
Responsibilities
* Provide an excellent customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and accessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs
- Handle incoming calls on the arenaflex Rewards Program, including technical troubleshooting and program earnings and points
- Educate customers about program benefits and changes, and respond to their inquiries in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner
- Assist customers in navigating arenaflexmotion.com and other activity tracker apps
- Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
- Ability to work our normal business hours of 6:55am – 3:25pm CST (may be subject to occasional overtime or weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer service or call center experience
- Experience with technical troubleshooting
- Healthcare/insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
Telecommuting Requirements
* Reside within Central or Eastern Time Zone
- Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate ( Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island residents: $16.00 - $28.27 per hour)
