The Role

As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families. You will gather information from callers, relay it to clinicians, and provide exceptional customer care. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be trained and supported in processing calls, and you will have the opportunity to advance within the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families

  • Gather information from callers and relay it to clinicians
  • Provide exceptional customer care and support to callers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying call volumes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18+ years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
