Experienced Customer Service Support Representative – Outbound Lab Support

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class customer service to our clients and patients. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve routine customer requests, provide product education, and ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently
- Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
- Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
- Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
- Provide additional customer education and information as needed
- Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
- Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
- Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
- Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a contact center/call center environment preferred
- Current or previous arenaflex experience
- Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, highly preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
- Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Excellent multitasking abilities required
- Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a contact center/call center environment
- Prior healthcare industry experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems
- Experience with medical record management and CRM data maintenance

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $16 - $25 per hour
