Role Overview The Platform Success Specialist is the architect of an agency’s first operational experience with fullthrottle.ai. This role ensures agencies successfully adopt and operate within our all-in-one workflow — moving from audience creation to omnichannel activation to verified outcomes without stitching together tools, teams, or spreadsheets. This role sits at the center of one of our most important strategic objectives: building and scaling a unified workflow that makes powerful AdTech impossibly simple. The Platform Success Specialist ensures agencies don’t just launch campaigns — they master the system. You will bridge platform capability with real-world agency execution, remove friction early, and ensure onboarding translates into long-term operational confidence. You will also serve as a structured voice of the user, directly influencing how the platform evolves. This role is for someone who can combine technical fluency, workflow design thinking, AI-enabled insight gathering, and customer empathy to deliver what we promise: AdTech made easy. This is a highly client-facing, technical onboarding role. You will work directly with agencies to implement campaigns, configure tracking, and ensure data flows correctly across audiences, activation, and measurement. This role requires hands-on familiarity with programmatic platforms and digital advertising infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

All-in-One Workflow Activation Lead agencies through structured onboarding across the full campaign lifecycle within the platform Audience creation, AI-driven segmentation, omnichannel activation, margin configuration, and measurement validation. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during onboarding, translating platform capabilities into executable campaign setups Ensure the platform integrates cleanly into the agency’s workflow while progressively simplifying and unifying fragmented processes. Support Sales with demos, pitches, and/or post-sale integration planning Proactively identify deployment or workflow risks that could undermine adoption or clarity. Adoption & Friction Removal Serve as the technical and workflow translator between agency operators and platform capabilities. Troubleshoot implementation issues across tags, feeds, APIs, and campaign configuration. Distinguish between training gaps, workflow misalignment, and product opportunity. Protect the simplicity promise by reducing recurring onboarding friction and elevating usability insights to Product. Voice of the User & Product Influence Capture structured qualitative feedback from agency interactions and usage reviews. Leverage AI tools such as Otter.ai and other transcription platforms to extract insights from calls, wrangle unstructured data, and synthesize recurring friction themes. Facilitate tight feedback loops between agencies, Revenue, Operations, and the Product teams. Serve as a critical contributor to roadmap prioritization, especially around workflow clarity, onboarding guidance, and AI-assisted activation. Scalable Enablement & AI Leverage Build documentation, onboarding playbooks, training materials, and short-form videos that empower agencies to scale without manual dependency. Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, summarize customer interactions, and personalize enablement pathways. Continuously refine onboarding into a repeatable, confidence-building system that reinforces long-term platform reliance. Ideal Profile 5+ years of experience managing technically complex client relationships in AdTech and/or digital media environments. Highly autonomous with disciplined follow-through and systems thinking. Builder mindset: can transform chaos into structured, scalable process. Deep curiosity about product design, workflow architecture, and AI-enabled efficiency. Clear communicator who translates technical complexity into operational clarity. Strong working knowledge of identity, audience data, campaign activation mechanics, and attribution workflows. Comfortable navigating website tags, APIs, data feeds, and performance dashboards. Hands on experience with tools such as: DSPs, Google Ads, CDPs, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads and CRM tools Experience onboarding agencies or advertisers onto marketing or AdTech platforms is strongly preferred. What Success Looks Like New agencies operate confidently within a unified all-in-one workflow within their first 90 days. Early onboarding feels structured, empowering, and friction-light. New operators become fluent in first-party data activation and outcome-driven storytelling. Recurring friction patterns decline as feedback loops inform product improvements.
