Sinclair is Hiring! Join Our Team as Regional Marketing Senior Manager, Global Market Solutions. We are looking to hire 3 Senior Managers: one for EMEA, one for APAC and one for LATAM. Location: is flexible across those 3 regions. Role Overview: The Regional Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for shaping regional marketing strategy and driving execution excellence across multiple markets, ensuring strong alignment with global priorities while enabling effective local adaptation. This role requires a high level of strategic leadership, analytical rigor, and governance, with a strong focus on new product launches, portfolio strategy, and performance optimization across the region. The ideal candidate will have: 8–12+ years of experience in regional or global marketing roles Proven experience in new product launches and portfolio management Experience managing multiple markets/regions Background in healthcare, pharma, or medical aesthetics preferred What You'll Be Doing: 1. Regional Strategy & Portfolio Management Lead the development of regional marketing and portfolio strategies aligned with global objectives Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and portfolio optimization priorities Drive strategic investment decisions and resource allocation across markets Partner with Medical Affairs and Digital Enablement teams to shape long-term brand and portfolio direction 2. Launch Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Strategy Launch Excellence team to plan and execute new product launches across the region Ensure launch readiness across markets, including positioning, training, and execution plans Drive consistency and excellence in go-to-market strategies and launch performance tracking Monitor launch outcomes and continuously refine launch frameworks and best practices 3. Global Strategy Implementation & Localization Ensure effective implementation of global strategies across all markets Provide clear direction to country teams on localization of global campaigns and initiatives Balance standardization with market-specific flexibility to maximize impact Evaluate the effectiveness of local marketing strategies and recommend adjustments to improve performance 4. Performance Management, Data & Analytics Lead regional performance tracking across revenue, ROI, market share, and campaign effectiveness Assess market data and insights gathered from local teams, ensuring quality and relevance Provide clear guidance on the level of granularity and analytical rigor required from country teams Drive a data-driven culture, ensuring insights translate into actionable strategies Identify performance gaps and implement optimization and continuous improvement plans 5. Medical Affairs & Digital Enablement Collaboration Partner closely with Regional Medical Affairs to ensure alignment on scientific messaging, clinical education, and evidence-based marketing Collaborate with Digital Enablement teams to enhance omnichannel engagement, digital campaigns, and customer experience Integrate medical and digital strategies into holistic, impactful marketing plans Ensure alignment between commercial, medical, and digital priorities across the region 6. KOL Strategy & Patient Profiling Provide strategic guidance on KOL identification, development, and engagement across markets Support the development of regional KOL networks and advocacy programs Define and refine target patient profiles and segmentation strategies to optimize targeting and messaging Ensure alignment between KOL strategy, patient insights, and overall brand positioning 7. Compliance & Governance Ensure all marketing activities comply with regional legal, regulatory, and ethical standards Provide oversight and guidance on promotional compliance and risk management Partner with regulatory and legal teams to ensure alignment on claims, messaging, and materials Maintain governance on brand consistency and execution standards 8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop country marketing teams, elevating capabilities in strategy, execution, and analytics Act as the key interface between global, regional, and local stakeholders Drive strong cross-functional collaboration (sales, medical, regulatory, commercial) Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement About Sinclair Founded in 1971, Sinclair is a global medical aesthetics organisation, that delivers an extensive product range.
