Key Duties Manage and process client and JLL Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) in accordance with established procurement procedures Liaise with Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) authority for processing entry and exit passes, access permits and credential management Coordinate vendor documentation, service agreements and contract administration Maintain facility records, work order documentation and compliance files Support account management with administrative coordination and reporting Process invoices, track expenses and assist with budget monitoring Location: Remote –Selangor, Malaysia At JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
