Channel the power of YOU and begin the journey to becoming a CSGer. We are seeking a Senior QA Test Engineer to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our data analytics platform. This role focuses on validating end-to-end data pipelines, ETL processes, and Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring business users can trust the insights generated. We are looking for a Test Engineer Senior who will: You will validate end-to-end data pipelines from source systems to final dashboards You will write and execute complex SQL queries to verify data transformations, joins, and aggregations You will perform data reconciliation and source-to-target validation to ensure no data loss, duplication, or corruption You will design and implement automated data validation frameworks (row counts, checksums, data comparisons) You will test and validate Power BI dashboards and reports for: Data accuracy and consistency Business logic and KPI calculations Filters, drill-downs, and visual interactions You will ensure consistency of data across reports, dashboards, and underlying datasets You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and define test strategies You will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release cycles with regression testing You will identify, document, and track defects, and support root cause analysis You will drive test automation and continuous improvement in QA processes Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in QA/Data Testing with a focus on data analytics platforms Experience in both Manul and automation testing (selenium and Cypress). Strong expertise in SQL (complex queries, joins, aggregations, data validation) Hands-on experience testing ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses Experience with Power BI (dashboard/report validation, data model understanding, DAX basics) Strong understanding of data integrity, reconciliation, and validation techniques Experience with test automation tools/frameworks for data validation Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills CSGer Perks & Benefits: Work from Home, in-office, or hybrid Employee Belonging Groups Healthcare: Dental, Medical, and Vision Paid Vacation, Volunteer, and Holiday Time Off And so much more!
