As the Client Partner Senior Account Manager you will: Account Management: Foster strong, transparent relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions. Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Utilize a deep understanding of the clients' business, industry trends, and KPIs to offer strategic guidance and impactful solutions. Budgets & Forecasting: Lead the development of budgets and forecasts with clients, as well as use data provided to ensure that budget is being used in the most efficient matter and clients are billed correctly for media spend + fees. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop a thorough understanding of each client's industry, business challenges, and goals to tailor strategies that drive measurable results. Team Collaboration: Engage with Tinuiti’s internal teams to contribute positively towards client project outcomes and strategic initiatives. Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring that clients receive timely updates on project progress and outcomes. Address client concerns, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently to maintain client satisfaction. Client Education: Equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to speak about strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise. Industry Expertise: Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client’s business, and the industry overall, to enhance client strategies and recommendations Channel Expertise: Leverage strong knowledge of multiple digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to develop strategic plans, clearly tying channel recommendations to the client’s business goals Professional Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns. Expertise in multiple digital platforms and how they work together. Google Analytics. Project Management tools. Research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint. Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams. The hiring salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
