Estamos em busca de um profissional experiente e proativo para atuar como Delivery Manager. Este profissional será responsável por resolver problemas técnicos complexos, interagir com equipes diversas e propor melhorias em processos de entrega de serviços. Irá atuar como ponto focal entre equipes comerciais, de pós-venda e técnicas; analisar e resolver bugs complexos que excedem o nível de suporte L2; gerenciar demandas recebidas, classificando e priorizando segundo impacto e urgência e propor melhorias em processos, garantindo a documentação técnica adequada.
