We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled MDM Solution Consultant to join our innovative and dynamic team. MDM Solution Consultant | About You As an MDM Solution Consultant, you are responsible for hands‑on configuration and delivery of enterprise‑grade Master Data Management solutions. You bring deep experience working with MDM concepts and enjoy shaping high‑quality, governed master data through thoughtful modeling, configuration, and rule design. You are comfortable translating business requirements into entity models, match rules, survivorship logic, and stewardship workflows. You thrive in fast‑start delivery environments where speed, quality, and best practices must coexist. In addition to execution, you can contribute to solution visioning and architectural decisions, partnering with architects and stakeholders to ensure the MDM solution is production‑ready, scalable, and aligned with enterprise data strategy. MDM Solution Consultant | Day-to-Day Perform hands‑on configuration of the Profisee MDM SaaS platform across core master data domains. Design and implement data preparation logic, entity models, attributes, and relationships. Configure and tune match, merge, and survivorship rules, including auto‑match and potential match scenarios. Implement data quality and data standardization rules aligned with business and governance requirements. Partner with business and technical teams to validate MDM configurations, stewardship workflows, and business rules. Contribute to solution design discussions by providing recommendations on data ingestion approaches, matching strategies, and stewardship capabilities. Support testing, refinement, and documentation to ensure MDM configurations are ready for production deployment. MDM Solution Consultant | Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience working with enterprise MDM platforms or master data solutions. Strong hands‑on experience with match/merge, survivorship, data quality, and data standardization concepts. Proven experience modeling master data entities, attributes, and relationships. Familiarity with Profisee MDM or comparable MDM platforms is preferred. Solid understanding of data governance, stewardship, and enterprise data management best practices. Experience working in client‑facing delivery environments, collaborating with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders. Apply To This Job
