Overview

The Senior Revenue Performance Consultant role plays a key role in analyzing revenue performance data maintaining standardized reporting tools and supporting forecasting activities. This position works with operational and management teams to identify trends recommend improvements and ensure reporting accuracy. The Revenue Performance Consultant 3 role also contributes to training and knowledge sharing within the department.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance performance reporting tools to support revenue operations. Analyze key performance reports and identify opportunities for process or reporting improvements. Collaborate with operations and management teams to support forecasting and revenue‑target tracking. Assist in developing standardized reports and monitoring tools. Provide subject‑matter support on reporting best practices and trends. Deliver training and guidance to team members on reporting tools and performance metrics. Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives related to revenue performance. Build strong working relationships across teams and contribute to knowledge sharing. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 4–6 years of experience in revenue operations sales operations business analytics or a related field. Experience working with sales strategies or performance reporting in a technical or complex environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools. Strong analytical problem‑solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. The salary range for this role is $93,000 - $120,000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
