Salesforce Solution Architect Principal
We are looking for a talented Principal Global Service Operations Solution Architect to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology - 100% remote in the USA. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Define clear system architectures by breaking down components, allocating functions, and establishing seamless interfaces across systems Create reusable standards, design patterns, and configurations that accelerate future solution development and improve consistency. Partner closely with project and product teams to understand capability needs and deliver the most effective technical solutions. Conduct advanced cost/benefit analyses to guide future-state capabilities and ensure smart, strategic investment decisions. Lead the development of enterprise architecture principles that guide change, support governance, and inform solution decisions. Audit solution designs to ensure compliance with architectural standards and prevent performance issues as new capabilities are introduced. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape future-state architecture, build strategic roadmaps, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Stay current on emerging technologies, build strong industry relationships, and coach junior architects to elevate architectural maturity enterprise-wide. Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
