Position Overview The Acquia Enterprise Integrations Team, one of the teams in the Enterprise Business Systems organization, builds, maintains, and improves internal system integrations and tools. The software engineers on the team primarily build applications that connect the systems that help make Acquia run. We are looking to add a Program Manager to our team to help guide our ship and to serve as the central point of contact for our applications. In this role you will help define our roadmap and direct us down the right path. You will be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, identifying risks, determining what will be actioned and what will not be actioned, prioritizing and scheduling work, coordinating activities, communicating to stakeholders and team members, and managing projects to on-time completion. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Enterprise Business Systems and work closely with the Enterprise Integrations team of engineers that are distributed globally.

Responsibilities

Meeting with key internal stakeholders, gathering requirements, prioritizing work and determining the roadmap of the Enterprise Integrations Team Ensuring that project requests align with organizational goals and objectives Driving projects to on-time completion Communicating with management, stakeholders and the engineering team Managing the product backlog Producing Scrum artifacts Scheduling and leading stakeholder meetings, daily standups, sprint planning sessions, sprint demonstrations, and sprint retrospectives Must Have Skills & Traits Strong project management skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work in a team environment Good communication skills, both verbal (English) and written Ability to foresee potential problems and to offer solutions Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask Good negotiation skills and the ability to say “no” in a constructive fashion Results oriented, drive to succeed Original thinker, is willing to try new things Proactive, does not wait to be told what to do, seeks out opportunities Ability to hit the ground running and adjust quickly A “can do” attitude.
