This role focuses on enabling end users through training development, training execution, and user support, acting as a key interface between engineering users and PLM/CAD systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver end‑user trainings for PTC Windchill and CATIA V5 (classroom / hands‑on / virtual) Provide user support for Windchill and CATIA environments Support PLM, CAD/CAM, and PDM/TDM processes in daily engineering operations Assist users with CAD data management, lifecycle, configuration, and release processes Contribute to CAD and TDM/PDM method development using CATIA V5 and Windchill Guide users on best practices for PLM and CAD system usage Act as a bridge between engineering teams and PLM/CAD platforms to improve adoption and data quality
Required Qualifications
