Your new role As our new Senior Consultant, you will take end-to-end ownership of global talent development programmes that drive performance and build strong talent pipelines across the organisation. Your role will include designing, managing and continually reinventing the talent programmes in close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure they remain impactful. You will be part of Talent Experience team that provide integrated approach to talent management, career growth and learning. We are responsible for performance and development process, talent review and succession process, career development framework, learning and talent programmes. We are part of Global Talent & Organisational Development Centres of Excellence that include also Leadership and Organisational Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Engagement, EDI and Well-being. Your key responsibilities will be: Design and evolve an end-to-end talent development ecosystem from early careers to senior leadership by creatively translating diverse talent needs into distinctive, scalable solutions Own and lead global early career and high-potential development programmes as a strategic product owner responsible for design, introduction, delivery and continuous reinvention Identify, develop and manage other development initiatives within end-to-end development ecosystem, such as talent rotation programme and specialist pipeline programme Shape distinctive, high‑quality participant and stakeholder experiences, acting as an ambassador for talent programmes internally and externally Oversee all programme management components to ensure efficient, high‑impact delivery, including budget and vendor management, tracking engagement and success metrics, and coordinating closely with business, HR and learning operations teams Partner with other team members to ensure alignment between programme offerings and broader talent, career, learning, engagement, EDI and leadership frameworks and strategies Continuously reinvent programmes based on business strategy, talent insights, stakeholder feedback and external research to ensure they are future-focused, scalable and aligned with organizational priorities Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on talent development needs, helping them navigate offerings, and integrate talent development into broader talent strategies such as succession, internal mobility and capability building Contribute to broader talent management initiatives based on interest and availability, for example knowledge and skills management or AI-based HR solutions for leaders and employees. About you Proven experience in talent development, ideally in a complex, global organisational context Strong experience owning and coordinating development programmes end‑to‑end, including managing external vendors, internal operations and senior stakeholders Ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable development solutions that accelerate growth and enable performance Strong presence and energy, with the confidence to lead programmes and represent Ramboll credibly with diverse stakeholders, while remaining approachable and collaborative Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build buy‑in by making complex topics clear and compelling Demonstrated track record of developing talent and delivering programmes with measurable impact Strong project management skills, able to drive progress and alignment across functions without formal authority Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to design solutions, assess programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Experience leveraging digital and AI‑enabled tools to enhance learning and talent development solutions Curious, continuous learner who stays up to date with trends, research and best practices in talent development Fluent in English Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
