Virtual Assistant – Demo Calls & Platform Account Setup
We’re a fast-growing international company looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help us evaluate SaaS platforms. Your job: attend scheduled product demo calls on our behalf, ask prepared questions, and set up trial accounts on platforms we’re considering. Flexible hours, low commitment — perfect as a side role. Full briefing provided before every session
- Attend 30–60 min video demo calls (Zoom / Google Meet) with software vendors
- Follow a provided script with questions to ask
- Set up trial or free accounts on specified platforms
- Take notes or screenshots of pricing, features, and next steps discussed
- Send a short written summary after each call
Requirements: Fluent English — must sound professional and confident on video calls
- Reliable internet and a quiet environment
- Comfortable with Zoom, Google Meet, and standard email
- Organized and responsive — we brief you at least 24 hrs in advance
- Available during US business hours (EST or PST preferred)
