Job Summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our Provider Services team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a real impact in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls to ensure seamless communication with our members and customers
- Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for outreach and engagement
- Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Providing problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with effective listening and critical thinking skills
