Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll provide expert support and resolution to routine problems and questions, while also promoting additional products and services to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance

  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues, using your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to find solutions
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting arenaflex's offerings and enhancing the customer experience
  • Deliver expert customer experiences, using your communication skills and empathy to build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent support and resolving customer issues

  • Open availability, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is a seasonal position)
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer that meets arenaflex's technical requirements
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems, with a willingness to adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • A desktop or laptop computer that meets arenaflex's technical requirements, including:

+ Operating System: Windows 10+ + RAM: 8GB or higher + Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher + Internet Requirements: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) + Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher + Hardwired with an ethernet cable while working

  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
