Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, working closely with our DC Management and Engineering teams to generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reports. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk – 3rd Shift, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:

Data Entry (65%):

+ Input time and production data for all DC associates into the Blue Chip computer system + Summarize production sheets, check for accuracy, and report errors + Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program + Calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards

Reporting and Analysis (15%):

+ Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reports to DC Management and Payroll + Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data

Administrative Tasks (10%):

+ File paperwork in accordance with established procedures + Rotate files periodically for storage

Other Projects (5%):

+ Perform other projects as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Previous Clerical/Administrative Experience:

You'll need at least 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, with a strong focus on data entry and accuracy.

10-Key Experience:

You'll need to be proficient in 10-key data entry, with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.

Good Math Skills:

You'll need to have strong math skills, with the ability to calculate bonus dollars and perform other mathematical tasks.

Excellent Organizational Skills:

You'll need to be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to Maintain Confidentiality:

You'll need to be able to maintain confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and data.

Physical Demands:

You'll need to be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs, with the ability to stand for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

Experience with Blue Chip Computer System:

You'll have experience working with the Blue Chip computer system, with a strong understanding of its functionality and capabilities.

Analytical Skills:

You'll have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.

Communication Skills:

You'll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with DC Management, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
