Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Monitoring Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing interactions on various chat platforms to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain a positive user experience
  • Monitoring live chat customer support agents to ensure they're handling incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Providing guidance and support to live chat agents as needed to ensure they're meeting arenaflex's high standards
  • Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the online experience
  • Participating in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in online chat monitoring and customer support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer support software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
