Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk Admin to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk Admin, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including data entry, administrative support, and customer service. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk Admin, you'll be responsible for the following tasks:

• Entering data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Providing administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned
• Participating in online and in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews to provide feedback on products and services
• Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services
• Using products and services provided by our sponsors and partners, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
• Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and participating fully in discussions
• Reading, understanding, and following oral and written instructions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
• Access to a reliable internet connection
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience
