Job Overview
As an e-Fulfillment Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. This full-time, remote position is located in Puerto Rico and offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for data entry and customer service. You'll collaborate closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues, meet common goals, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
As an e-Fulfillment Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
- Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues and meet common goals
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire and ability to be a team player
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
