The Role
As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales for our clients. You'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. Your duties will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a consistent customer experience
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience (in-person or online)
