As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and upselling our products and services.

What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing world-class service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems
  • Upselling our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including new features and releases
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with high-speed internet connection available in your home
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using software and mobile devices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
  • 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
  • Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
  • Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
  • Previous telecommunications experience
