What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Communications: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting Research: You'll need to conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 Months or More of Customer Service Experience: You'll have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residency in a Designated State: You'll need to reside in one of the following states: Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You'll have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Product or Service Knowledge: You'll need to be familiar with our products or services and be able to recognize, apply, and explain your knowledge to customers.
  • Computer Experience: You'll have experience using computers and other technology to communicate with customers and resolve their issues.
  • High-Speed Internet: You'll need access to high-speed internet (greater than 40mbps) to ensure that you can communicate effectively with customers and access our systems.

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • Additional Customer Service Experience: You'll have more than 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: You'll have knowledge of the customer service industry and be familiar with best practices and trends.
  • Language Skills: You'll be fluent in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
