About the Role
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Freelance Chat/Email Customer Support Agent to join our team on a freelance basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our users have a positive and enjoyable experience on our online dating platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and courteous assistance via emails and chats, addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful guidance.
