Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Representative – Remote Customer Service & Data Management

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our customers and patients by providing exceptional service and data management expertise.

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, performing data entry tasks, and providing support to our pharmacists and other teams. You'll work closely with our customers, patients, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.

• Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing pharmacy data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve all data entry-related issues.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual account requirements.
• Make phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
• Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
• Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and shut down programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
• Essential web browser skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
• Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
