Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, and offering solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Provide solutions to simplify members' healthcare experience, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
